Forget weighing scales and tape measures – instead, expect a series of functional and strength assessments. We’ll examine all your joints, from your ankles to your shoulders, evaluating their range of motion both individually and in relation to each other. During the 90-minute assessment, two expert trainers will be present, ensuring double the attention and precision for the most thorough evaluation.

Detailed
analysis

If we find any imbalances, we’ll identify their root causes on the spot (e.g., work-related posture issues). We’ll provide personalized recommendations, “homework” exercises, and practical advice on what you can do at home. We’ll also discuss how we can best support you and align our approach with your personal goals. Your full assessment report (a PDF document) will be sent to you within 2 days.

Founder of Pont Neked Personal Training

In 2019, I created Pont Neked Personal Training after years of working in commercial gyms – a setting that simply didn’t meet my professional vision.

I believe training should be both effective and enjoyable.

As a former instructor at the Fitness Academy, I trained new trainers with one core principle: don’t just train – improve. My own journey through weight loss, a herniated disc, and hip surgery showed me first hand why smart, sustainable movement is essential.

Now, alongside my team of skilled trainers and former students, I’m committed to helping every client feel confident, supported, and excited about their progress.

My own past injuries and professional experience led me to specialize in musculoskeletal pain management.

I have completed over 25 advanced training courses, and as the Head of Training at the Fitness Academy, I educate the next generation of trainers while also leading group and personal training sessions. I also support the professional quality of the Pont Neked team to ensure that every client receives the best possible care.

Movement has been my passion since childhood, and I’ve explored numerous sports throughout my life.
